EMBR COLLECTIVE - Shipping Policy

We ship fast. Every order is packed and dispatched within 24 hours — and you’ll have a
tracking number so you know exactly where it is.


1. Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment being confirmed, on business days
(Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next available business day.


2. Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder
or contact us at hello@embrcollective.com.au.


3. Delivery address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before
completing your order. EMBR Collective is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address
supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at
hello@embrcollective.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but
cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
— Australia (standard): 2–7 business days
— Australia (express): 1–3 business days
— International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
These are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs
processing (for international orders), or other circumstances outside our control.


5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free
shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed on the website and at checkout.


6. International orders
We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or
fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included
in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We are required by law to declare the full value of goods on customs documentation.


7. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at
hello@embrcollective.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
EMBR Collective is not liable for parcels delayed or lost due to carrier error, incorrect addresses, or
circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues fairly.
